USE OF THIS SOFTWARE IS SUBJECT TO THE SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW.
USING THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THESE
TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE SOFTWARE
IN ANY WAY, AND YOU MUST RETURN OR DELETE THE SOFTWARE IMMEDIATELY.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties,
as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed,
not sold.
GRANT OF LICENSE.
The Software is being licensed to you free of charge for your private personal use.
You may distribute an unlimited number of copies of the Software; provided that
each copy shall be a true and complete copy, including all copyright and
trademark notices, and shall be accompanied by a copy of this EULA.
DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
The software is copyrighted and may not be modified under any circumstances or
included with another commercial product without written permission from the
author. You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise reverse engineer the
software.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS', WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS
BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF
CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION
